HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@coverbloom.com. Be sure to include a description of the issue and photos of any defects or incorrect items to help us resolve it quickly.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Personalized Items: Custom products are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

  • No Unjustified Returns: Returns will not be accepted without prior contact or a valid reason.

  • Condition of Return: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed for return shipping.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

When returning an item, please label the package as “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any potential misunderstandings during processing.
